Types of property management:

Management service

  • Apart from finding a tenant and collecting the rent, this service will also cover the day to day maintenance and looking after your property, so you won’t have to worry if you are not able to deal with any maintenance or other problems which occur with the property.
  • We carry out regular inspections and deal with all matters relating to the smooth running of the tenancy.
  • We use dependable local builders and tradesmen to cover all aspects of property maintenance, or you can use you own tradespersons if you prefer
  • Our fees – 10% excl. VAT (equivalent to 12% inc. VAT) for the duration of the tenancy.

Finding a tenant only

  • This service includes advertising
  • Selection and referencing of tenants
  • Our fees – 6.5% excl. VAT (equivalent to 7.8% inc. VAT) for first 12 months’ rent
  • No renewal fees should the same tenant continue in the property

Finding a tenant and rent collection

  • This service includes advertising
  • Selection and referencing of tenants
  • Monthly collection and processing of rent
  • Our fees – 8%  excl. VAT (equivalent to 9.6% inc. VAT)for the duration of the tenancy
